    Dean talks about the Post fire near Gorman burns more than 11,000 acres, prompts hundreds of evacuations and the new kind of attic that is predicted to be inside residential homes in the 21st century. Dean starts to explain the new attic that has finally arrived in California! It's the unvented conditioned attic. Dean breaks down the basics of an unvented conditioned attics- sealed up tight, no vents or installation on floor but the slope of the attic. Plus, Dean adviced a caller about adding another matting layer (about 6 inches) in their attic while keeping the room cool.
