SBA is a local company based in Melbourne with a team of qualified workers in India who undertake tasks such as backhouse research, digital dictation, IT support, marketing, accounts and more.  Tony speaks about the level of expertise and quality of work performed by the team in Calcutta and how his early adoption of outsourcing has helped his firm in numerous ways.
