Pete is also the President of Innovative Thought, a business consultancy focused on leadership and organizational development. She often teaches in various graduate-level programs across the University of Pennsylvania. She is a researcher, national speaker, and executive coach whose work focuses on helping leaders hone and use their emotional and social intelligence to amplify their positive impact and protect themselves from burnout.
