I was very excited when Allyson agreed to take part in the TALK Pensions & Benefits series; that was until she essentially gives firms a blueprint when it comes to engagement that makes my role redundant!

A subject very close to my heart for a number of reasons - Joe Holness and I discuss employee health and wellbeing initiatives and why organisations are investing more time and effort in the mental and physical wellness of their staff.  



Joe is widely-recognised across the UK Employee Benefits world. He currently working for Thrive – the UK’s only NHS-approved mental health and wellbeing app - and I was very excited when he agreed to join me for an episode of TALK Pensions & Benefits UK.
