    062: The 300 Mile Race With No Rules & No Route

    In today's episode, I share my experience of The Speed Project, one of the toughest, grittiest, and most disruptive races. We gathered six runners who had never worked together before to participate in an unsupported 300-mile relay race through some of the most unforgiving terrains in the country. The course was full of inclines and declines, with thousands of feet of elevation gain and loss through mountains and deserts, and we had to plot our own route with precision and speed. This was an unparalleled experience for me, and I can't wait to share some of the stories that came out of it with you all. Enjoy!

Go one more

Life for me is based on choices, daily decision we make everyday. Couple of months ago l was struggling with my choices, they didn’t help me, l felt frustrated and nothing l did made me feel good about myself. That’s when l started following Nick, in some way he’s constant pursuing of excellence made me realize that maybe l was just taking the wrong choices. It’s been hard to maintain massive action towards what l want, in his episode on how to implement the “Go one more” into your life l finally understood the whole concept. It’s no just one more rep or one more minute that’s behind it, actually l learned that growth is a choice, that l can create the energy l want back, that my life is dictated by the standards l set, that believing in myself is the first step and that is my responsibility to take massive action towards the life l truly want. I know sometimes it gets very hard, but at the end, it’s your choice to move forward or stay there, so always choose, Go One More.
