    Carrie is one the best TEACHERS to learn more about the quantum world. She has multiple degrees in exercise science, clinical nutrition, massage therapy and calls her self a "reformed nutritionist" and a "quantum clinician."


    What does all that even mean? On this episode, she schools us through a necessary lesson on it all. 


    She goes into the intricate details of the effects of sunlight on our mitochondria, the layering of specific light frequencies throughout the day, the role of EZ water, how to charge our "water batteries," how to bathe in a sea of free energy, and how fascia is the super communication network underneath it all! 


    She combines all her experience with physical fitness, nutrition, body work, and now quantum & circadian biology to provide what she calls QUANTUM CARE.

    For 3 years, I wore a dark MASK...

    I knew exactly what I was doing. Balancing 4 jobs and massage school full-time, I was grinding myself to the bone and stuck indoors 16 hours a day.
