Festival season has arrived! Jim and Matt decide to do a podcast before they head off to the Real Beer Expo on Saturday June 8th. In this episode Jim serves up some delicious BBQ beef sandwiches. Topics include cooking a whole hog, top 10 Taco Tuesday joints in the Rochester area, and, as always, some delicious local craft beers. Appetizers That Bite
One thing is for certain, there is always great food and great beverages on the Grill This podcast. Jim heats things up with Rattle Snake Bites, then cools things down with a scratch made Black Berry Pie. Matt changes the beverage game up a little bit with a battle of hard ice teas. One if from an independent brewing company, the other is from a well-known larger company known for making ice teas. Who's is better? You'll have to listen to find out!

The Lost Syracuse Interviews
Last winter, Jim and Matt attended the NYSBA Festival in Syracuse at the Landmark Theater. They had a blast and had interviewed some amazing brewers and patrons at that festival. Unfortunately, there was an equipment failure. The guys thought they lost all of the interviews. Turns out they didn't! Matt was able to salvage interviews with Froth Brewing, WeBe Brewing, Big Alice Brewing, Rare Form Brewing and the Executive Director of the NTSBA Paul Leon. Toss in Matt sampling beers from Brindle Haus and Resurgence and we have a full episode. So here it is, a very special lost interview episode of Grill This!

Crab on the Half Shell
Crab is delicious, but putting in all that work to crack open the shell to get the meat out can be frustrating as hell! Well, Jim solves that problem by serving up crab on the half shell! The crab is removed from the shell, seasoned, buttered, and that placed on a shell half ready to serve. And as always, matt brings some unique beers, including an Eclipse themed cider and an orange Sherbert beer. Enjoy another delicious and fun filled episode of Grill This!
