Today I turn 30. Crazy! Most of my twenties I spent dreading 30, trying to play catch up with my self made timeline, silently comparing myself to my peers accomplishments, and doing things to slow the effects of aging on my skin. I’ve had a lot of thoughts about turning 30, some good and some not so good. But before I dump it all right here I’ll leave you to listen to this Bonus Birthday Episode which is my gift to you.
