My special guest is Deborah McCreath.  Deborah survived a near death experience 26 years ago which has drastically changed the way she relates to the world. She is a certified laughter yoga leader with many other labels from life. Including laughter along with  gratitude in my journey of healing has helped to smooth out the bumpy ride. Laughter helps in healing because it engages your body in deep oxygenated  breathing and  allows your mind to focus on the positive in life which we as a society don't always do on a regular basis.
