Jules Garton is one of Toronto's best bright lights for sommelier veterans who are still engaged in the process. For every aspiring sommelier, I strongly suggest you listen to this. This is a deep dive into true feelings, expectations, goals, concerns, judgments of the industry. It is my hope that the industry vets listen as well. This is the mind of those going through it just like the vets did 10-20 years ago.
