    Prior to Cavnue, Kristen held significant HR leadership positions, including VP roles at Fannie Mae and Hilton, where she supported top executives and led talent initiatives for large divisions. Her expertise spans talent acquisition, performance management, and workforce planning, with a focus on cultivating inclusive cultures and high-performing teams. Kristen lives in Clifton, Virginia, with her husband and daughters, Paige, Emma, and Alexa.
