Her responsibilities include overseeing diverse learning initiatives, such as early careers, manager, and senior leadership programs as well as executive coaching and technical trainings, tailored for 2,000 employees across seven countries. She holds certifications as a coach, instructional designer, DiSC facilitator, and HR practitioner.
Beyond professional pursuits, Lora is an avid snowboarder, dog show enthusiast raising two pugs, and takes pleasure in attending her son’s Taekwondo championships.
