Alexander (Albie) Sears currently the High-Performance Manager at Surf Canada as well a leading as a Strength & Conditioning Coach at the Canadian Sport Institute Pacific. I was lucky enough to be trained by him leading up to my 4th winter Olympics. As we had Sanoa Olin on the last episode it seemed fitting to have this man on who keeps her strong.

Team Canada's journey to Paris 2024: Sanoa Olin
Sanoa Olin, a local on the podium at international surf events and she has earned her spot on the Canadian Team for Paris 2024 Olympics at the young age of 19! The 2024 Paris Olympic surfing competitions will take place in Tahiti at Teahupo'o where 48 women and men competing for medals.

DROP IN with a Canadian record breaker in para shot put, a Parapan American Games multi medalists in sitting volleyball as well as shot put. Greg Stewart was Born without the lower part of his left arm, but that hasn’t stopped him from many accolades in the sporting world.

Team Canada's journey to Paris 2024: Melissa Humana-Paredes, OLY
2019 Melissa Humans Paredes and her teammate made history as Canada’s first ever world champions in beach volleyball, a victory that secured their spot at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics where they then placed 5th. In 2022 she formed a new partnership with Brandie Wilkerson, and they have their sights on Paris 2024. Evan Dunfee has DROPPED IN before in E.33 we had a lot of giggles and learned a lot about race walking and bodily functions. He is an Olympic medallist, he has represented Team Canada at 2 Olympics, 2016 and 2020/21. Interestingly enough from what we learned in E.33 the discipline he raced in in Tokyo, 2020/21 where he walked into a bronze medal will not be in the Paris Olympics. This episode we find out how he's qualifying for the Paris Games, what it's been like changing distances and his expectations. This guest has DROPPED IN before in E.36. This 2x Olympian retired from artistic swimming after the Tokyo 2021 Games. She was/is becoming a doctor, I’ve seen her in her scrubs, because she’s still giving back to the world of sport sitting on the Canadian Olympic Athlete Committee with me and giving back so much more.
