Welcome to the Dropping Paradigms podcast. If you’re here, chances are you’re care about being good leader, creating a cultural advantage, or honing your relationship skills. If that doesn’t sound like you then maybe you decided to listen because you are a sports fan, a movie buff, or you care about the latest trends. Either way this podcast is for you because we believe that some of life’s most treasured lessons are hiding in plain sight, buried in the 7th inning of a baseball game or the middle of your favorite movie. Our goal is to find those golden nuggets that influence how so many us of view the world. To that end, here on the dropping paradigms podcast, we will be dropping dimes on leadership, culture, and relationships using pop culture, movies, and sports as our playground.
