Maximum Viable Prodcast Todd Nutella and Raj Malhotra

Raj and Todd talk about Space, vacuum cleaners, and dive into the messy world of Specs. Along the way they discuss how PMs use and mis-use specs when communicating up, out, and around. Todd makes an impassioned plea to keep "Product" thinking in your Product Management -- and implores you to remember that "Tech" expertise is part of the bargin. Raj, as usual, keeps Todd on track, and reminds us that not everything is always rosy. Product Managers have to navigate complex stakeholder labyrinths, and even the occasional Engineering Manager hiding up in an ivory tower.
