My vision is to bridge the gap between the die hard sports fan, such as myself, and what I like to call the “Super Bowl” sports fan- those who are engaged in a game for the social aspect, family obligation, or simply because its convenient. I want to show how one’s passion for sport (particularly basketball) is not far off from another’s passion for history, LGBTQ & POC issues, fashion, social justice, pop culture, music, health & wellness, etc. by opening the forum for progressive, upbeat, & necessary conversation.

WE ARE BACK! Happy 2022, Lunar New Year, & start of Black History Month!
In the first episode of the New Year (& on Twosday-2/2/22 no less)… that alignment though… Chanel and Derek dive into examining the post career lives of some of hoop history’s most notable players (for better or worse) as well as what may have contributed to each of their unique journeys.
