Beyond the Calendar: Understanding Migraines Tied to Your Cycle Migraine Freedom: Your way

Do you deal with menstrual or cycle migraines? If you’ve been in my world for long, you know I often say, a migraine is a migraine, no matter what fancy name we give them. While some migraines may present different symptoms, they all stem from the same place - chronic inflammation. However, in today’s episode, we’re diving into what we’ll refer to as cycle migraines.
