A Wish is Something You Can Control
We wish for the thing believing we don’t have the power to get the thing. Instead, start wishing for the ability to get the thing. Wish for the power to do the things. That’s a wish that can come true. It’s a wish you can control! Wishing for the ability to get the thing puts that energy into the universe. It’s setting an intention, and with that your wishes can come true.

Stop Making Excuses
If you don’t have power or control over your life, it sucks when people blame you for your outcomes. You can’t argue your way out of everything. If you take control, you take power over what happens in your life. You’ll get the results you want. If you make excuses, things won’t go well. You don’t have to accept blame, but you should take responsibility. It won’t be an instant thing to get to the life you want, but you won’t get anywhere if you don’t take responsibility.

There’s Not Enough Time
There’s not enough time to do all the things you want to do in life. You have to choose what is genuinely meaningful and important. Do what you can, what’s important to you. Don’t chase other people’s dreams. If you follow what you truly value, you’ll live your life with very few regrets.

It Isn’t Luck, It’s Choice
All the choices you have ever made have resulted in where you are today. You need to appreciate that. Take your choices seriously. You can’t keep blaming your past or your luck. Accept responsibility for your life and your choices.

Leave Your Legacy
We are all human. You don’t know when it’s going to end, and that’s scary. But it’s less scary once you accept it. You have things you can teach from the journey you’ve been on so far, and you can help others make less mistakes than you did. Leave your legacy, and share your greatness with the world.

Human Failings Are Normal
You’re striving to be a better you than you were yesterday. You don’t have to be perfect though. If you were perfect, you’d have nothing to strive for. If you slip up, you’re not a hypocrite. You’re only a hypocrite if you’re not trying and judging others for things you’re not doing. Human failings are normal, and they don’t make you a hypocrite.
