Our 7th episode brings a fitness and physical health perspective to the podcast, with Gabriel Largaespada. Gabriel is a personal trainer working at Restore Human in Vancouver, a  fitness clinic that focuses on one-on-one training to promote a holistic view of mental, spiritual and physical health for clients. Gabriel brings his expertise from a UBC kinesiology degree and years of experiences in fitness and weightlifting to chat with us about: working in the fitness industry - how to approach each individual clients - the relationship between mental and physical health, and the tools to achieve this balance - the fitness scene in Vancouver - and lots more. Trey Moses is a Ball State legend, an All-MAC Defensive Player, the school's record holder in games played having scored over 1,000 points during his time there. Outside of basketball, Trey has committed himself to breaking down the stigma surrounding mental health, opening up about his own struggles and those of the people around him, including the tragic passing of his close friend and fellow Ball State hooper Zach Hollywood. Trey received the 2020 NCAA Inspiration Award for his work, has founded the brand "24 Reasons," and continues to be an inspirational voice in his community back in Louisville, Kentucky, and across the country.
