Grab a snack before you dive into this one! This week, we are fortunate to have dietician & endurance athlete Rachel Parks sharing some of her professional and practical insights to maximize fueling for our endurance endeavors. Rachel's experience includes a master's degree in dietetics & exercise physiology, serving as the dietician for the UW Badger cross country & track teams, and working with clients one-on-one at Washington University in St. Louis. From the athlete side, Rachel ran NCAA track & cross country at Iowa State and has continued competing post-collegiately in road races, multiport, and cross country skiing. 

We get some fantastic insights into the when & how of fueling to get the most out of our workouts and ensure maximum recovery and adaptation. Rachel's holistic view on fueling as a full day focus, including balancing the demands of a full schedule and unique training times, provided some awesome and accessible guidance on refining the way we fuel all that we do.
