If you absolutely hate cats and you enjoy seeing them try to murder humans, you may enjoy this film. Otherwise, it's a story mess. Just a bunch of fakey voices for animals and a silly human (Robinson Crusoe) trying to build stuff.

If you are over the age of 16, you should watch this movie - maybe more than once. This is an important film which shows what happens when government bureaucracy traps (and kills) our own representatives in other lands. The film only slightly addresses the lies of the current administration regarding the  "cause" of this tragedy. 

Joseph Fiennes does a sword-sharp job of being Sherlock Romes in this biblical era movie. It is a good movie with a positive look at, not only faith, but faith in the risen Savior. Go see it, or rent it when old Redbox offers it. Then you can pretend that the movie "Risen" is emerging from it's tomb to live again. Or... not. But enjoy it and share it. This is one of the best movies about Jesus in a long time.
