Carolina was 0 for 3 on the power play - and for the second time in the last three games allowed a shorthanded goal. But, the penalty kill, after allowing the Rangers to score 4 times in their first 9 tries, went 3 for 3 tonight. They have now killed off the last 8 New York power plays.
