He's a man obsessed with the Tunnocks Caramel Wafer, but, we've found someone who loves them so much she's included them in a series that have sold 16 million books, been translated into 47 languages and turned into a TV show. And she's even been to the Tunnocks factory.
Liz Pichon is the brains behind the incredible 'Tom Gates' series and she joined Dave to chat about caramel wafers, writing for children and her brilliant live events.
