This week we took the chance to get out of the studio and do a little fishing beforehand so we did the podcast on the pontoon from the lake. We had a good old fashioned fish off between Joey and Carter and debated our asses off about whether you’d rather hunt solo or with a group all the time. Tough to imagine only being able to do one but for the sake of the argument we present our cases. We also draft our best reasons for being late to a hunt! This week for TMT we shake things up with a debate topic: if you could only hunt private land or public land for the rest of your life, which would you choose? Joey and Cal each argue different sides and through that it becomes obvious that having to only choose one would really suck. However, lots of hunters only hunt one or the other. Cal, Gavin and Carter review the NFL draft and make bold predictions for how well each of the QB’s will perform with their new teams. Gavin and Carter bicker like children and Cal tries his best to hold it all together. Gavin believe JJ McCarthy will be a stud and claims Caleb Williams won’t be. There’s major disagreement. Kyler Murray is a topic again since Carter thinks he’s the best quarterback in the NFL and Gavin gets so mad he wants to leave. We wrap up with a little bit of talk about the NBA playoffs and the changing of the guard that we’re currently witnessing from Lebron, Steph and KD to a slew of young guys taking the league by storm including Anthony Edwards and his wild playoff performance thus far.
