Miloš Rakič, Microsoft: How to not forget about your internal people when hiring REDEFINING RECRUITMENT

[This episode is in English] Miloš Rakič serves as the Head of Internal Hiring for EMEA at Microsoft. The role is a new one and most of the talk with Miloš was filled with new thoughts and ideas. Microsoft has an entire team dedicated to internal hires and candidate experience exclusively for internal moves. We discussed some success stories of people reaching the all-important US market, coming from anywhere and how the Microsoft Talent Talks help management stay updated on top people. The concepts of Build, Buy, Borrow, Bounce as well as the 5Ps also came up. And of course we discussed Microsoft's response to Covid-19 and why they are the first responders to first responders. We also went into lots of detail on office life, digital work, and recruitment culture within Microsoft. It was an enjoyable, eye-opening experience talking with Miloš.
