Missing nutrient

I’ve been following the Institute of Psychology of Eating for about a year. They provide a different and very essential insight into nutrition emphasizing that it’s not only about calories, grams of fats or vitamins…. but that our psyche and social relationships have a big impact on how the nutrients are processed in our bodies. The IPE viedos and articles are not a blah blah… it’s based on professional experience and current research.
