I was 18 when I recorded this. 18 me had this thought, “If I end my relationship with someone, I, without any doubt will say that that relationship never happened. I’ll be so in denial and don’t want to remember something in the past anymore.” Meanwhile, 20 years old me has different thought tho, “I think all the good memories can be rekindled. I’ll always cherish the past and all that happened then. I have the grace to carry all these memories within me. I think everything that has happened in the past has shaped who I am today. This is mind-blowing because I thought I related to Taylor Swift’s anti-hero, “I have this thing where I get older but just never wiser, midnights become my afternoons” but well, now I see me, I think I’m kind of wiser now, especially about those thoughts. I also realized I freaking love lany since what? 3?2? years ago? This description is written on November 2nd, and lany’s concert will be held on November 9th, should I go?
