Blind spots and the cherry tree
Blind spots are attitudes or weaknesses in your life that you cannot see or refuse to see, even though they cause conflict with others.
This podcast discusses why we often don’t actively seek to uncover our blind spots, how we compensate for ignoring them, and what we may be missing by avoiding them. I provide examples of how to discover your blind spots.
