Hey Mumma, I‘m S J prior to having my daughter, I was a full-time teacher and in my free time, I competed in a lot of sports, including triathlons and netball.
When I had my daughter, Chloe, I felt like I was failing in my career and in my new role as a mom, I felt overwhelmed trying to juggle my work and our lives at home. I never had time for myself. Lost all sense of who I was, put on weight, had no energy, no time to do things I loved.

It changed when I realised that to be a great mum I needed to start making myself a priority. I needed to start making my health and time a priority.

I started implementing strategies to make simple, easy changes. I got more productive and managed to become a personal trainer, nutrition and life coach while working full time.

Now I‘m known as being the girl with the most energy and I want to pass all my secrets on to you.

I‘m here to tell you that reclaiming your energy and time is not selfish. I will give you the tools you need, everything from cycle syncing, macros, quick workouts, productivity tips, energy boosting strategies, expert guests and more so you can finally love the life you‘re in.
