    Hi everyone, Joy here. I'm excited for today's episode for you guys. And I'm always excited. But today is a bit special. Because today, I just had a lightbulb moment. And I really wanted to share that with you guys. And basically the watt light bulb moment that I had was really that something that helped me to triple my income, get clarity and direction in my business, but most importantly helped me to not feel so stressed, and basically not having anxiety in my business. So what is this something that I'm talking about? Right? I'm sure I've sparked your curiosity a little bit because this is something that has really helped me a lot in my business. And it's something that is as simple, but yet we don't quite understand it.

    7:14 And then you need to figure out and this is also something that Russell mentions in his book, then you have to figure out what are you giving that client? Are they moving away from pain? Or are they moving towards pleasure? So moving away from the pain if like we use the health, you know, category or the core market or this desire is then I'm overweight and I don't feel comfortable in our clothes, and that is moving them away from pain. And if they're moving towards pleasure, is I want to get the six packs You know, six-pack abs or whatever. And that's literally the example that Russell gives in his book.
