    Jeanna Combs, Part 1

    Jeanna Combs, Part 1

It was great to be able to sit down and talk with Jeanna Combs in studio. Jeanna was born in Hawaii, but was raised by her single mom along with her three brothers in Vista, California. As a young girl, the church became her second family and filled in the vacant role of father in her life. Jeanna loved going to church, but didn’t fully surrender her life to Jesus until high school. Shortly after high school, she was invited to take a mission trip to Yugoslavia. Since that mission trip over twenty years ago, Jeanna has continued to serve the Lord in Europe, and is now serving in Paphos, Cyprus. Listen in and hear some of her adventures, adjustments, highs and lows, as well as how she met her handsome husband Loren.

    Susan Lim, Part 2

    Susan Lim, Part 2

We were so blessed to have Susan Lim in the studio with us for a 2-part series where she shared her story of growing up in a Buddhist family, and how God brought her to Himself. She also shared the way the Lord has used the circumstances of her life, including delays, to bring her to where He is currently working in her life and using her. Susan C. Lim (PhD, UCLA) is a historian and author. Her latest book, Light of the Word, weaves both history and personal stories to show the veracity of Scripture. Susan is passionate about God, family, and friends. She loves to learn and teach, especially when it enables others to trust the truth of the Scriptures.
