It's been a minute. If you've been following me you might have noticed that I haven't recorded any new episodes since February.
In the past half year a lot of things happened in my life and literally came down. 
In this episode I share with you how I've been grieving the loss of a friend, the sudden breakup from my partner, and the tragic death of my beloved cousin.
It's a vulnerable one, so bear with me.

Welcome to day 31 of Journeying Through a Month of Grace.
Today we give ourselves A NEW LIFE. 
Happy 2023! You can always start fresh, you don't need to wait for a new year to change, pivot or start anew. Design your life as you want to and when you want to. A new year - as we celebrate it in the "Western World" - has a certain momentum that we can make use of. The hopes are high, the expectationsare high, but also the pressure is up. But we don't wanna do pressure. GRACE does not allow for negative pressure. Ask yourself 
"What would grace do?
What would grace say?
how would grace love and respond?"

As you design your new life, feel as if you're already living it, and then start living that new life. And be aware of what you let in and what you need to let out and go. Become the LIFE you wanna live.

Welcome to day 30 of Journeying Through a Month of Grace.
Today we give ourselves praise & celebration. Praising our lives, how far we've come, giving praise to everything and everyone in our lives. Praising our accomplishments, the little wins and the big ones. As we close 2022 and enter into a new cycle, let us celebrate US. It is the best way to complete somehting and move into the next. Let's celebrate all the former versions wehave moved and lived throug, they were all important for where we are now, for all the future versions of us. Let's honor that for a moment. 
Celebrate in your own way, whether that is with other people and a big crowd, or very exclusive or maybe even alone, as I like to close the year. No matter where you find yourselves on the spectrum, give praise and celebrate and make it a daily habit. Because life is a celebration. The more we celebrate it the more we have to celebrate.
So today, give yourself praise & celebration.

As we're Wrapping Up 2022 (listen to episode #167) many of us find ourselves in a lot of fast-paced pressure. We have so many things we wanna wrap up, finish and complete before we enter the year of 2023, that we tend to forget to really tune in and slow down. This is the season to slow down. I myself need this reminder so I thought I take you on this journey with me.
