For over 6 years, Laura has been transforming people’s relationships with food. Her own journey towards experiencing a truce with food and 60 pound weight loss led her to become a Certified Holistic Health Coach ensuring her clients don’t feel deprived so the journey is sustainable.
Laura has supported over 75 clients who know what they should be eating but have a hard time sticking to it by helping them identify the familiar patterns keeping them stuck. Together they get to the bottom of why they self-sabotage and fall off track so they can eat for nourishment instead of other reasons.
