Aida has over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry.  She has not only participated, but has a solid background in several disciplines such as Kickboxing, Triathlons, Yoga, Pilates and more-- an active lifestyle has always been part of her life! Aida has a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, is ZUMBA® and TRX® certified, and has attained several certifications through reputable and accredited organizations such as, ACSM, ACE and ISSA.
Aida has trained individuals of all fitness backgrounds and specializes in women who struggle with weight problems. Her quest is to always find new ways to keep moving while challenging herself and others to stay active.

Bella Fitness is a personal training studio, specifically designed for women, with an integrated approach to fitness. They offer personalized training that focuses on all fitness components. At Bella they understand that women have very personal views of what it means to be fit and healthy so they offer a variety of disciplines and workouts that will address those unique differences. With classes like Zumba, Pilates, Yoga, Kickboxing, TRX, and Bootcamps there will always be something for everyone! They welcome women of all ages and fitness levels.
