Episode 51: Navigating Life Transitions: Feeling Behind In Life and Embracing Your Unique Journey with Mary Miranda (solo).

.

Life is a journey filled with transitions, phases, and at times, it can feel like everyone else is moving at a different pace, or  is way ahead.  It then puts us in a state of feeling shame, embarrassment and hopeless about our current reality and future.  There are a lot of societal expectations and pressures that often lead us to believe we're 'behind' in some way.

.

Society has made these timelines that somehow everyone is measured up against, education, career, income, house, kids, marriage, etc.  We measure our progress or how well or not we are doing life, against these expectations that most often do not align with who you are and your own path.

.

It is time to redefine what our own timelines and milestones are for us and what success and fulfillment means for us.

.

It is time to define our own terms for our path and live according to our own plan.
