Welcome to day 7 of Journeying Through a Month of Grace.
Today we give ourselves acceptance. There's a sweet sense of liberation when we accept things, people and parts of ourselves as they are, even if we feel we cannot accept a certain situation or event, or specific person in our lives. There's peace at the end of the tunnel when we accept; it's the first step of forgiveness. It is freeing ourselves from the limitations of our mind and ego based beliefs and perceptions. Acceptance is no more fighting and resisting what is.

So, today give yourself acceptance.

As we're Wrapping Up 2022 (listen to episode #167) many of us find ourselves in a lot of fast-paced pressure. We have so many things we wanna wrap up, finish and complete before we enter the year of 2023, that we tend to forget to really tune in and slow down. This is the season to slow down. I myself need this reminder so I thought I take you on this journey with me.
