A Primer on the Primary Elections An AARP Take On Today

Americans across the country are ready to begin selecting their representatives in Congress and other elected offices. But some new state voting rules and restrictions are making ballot casting more complicated in much of the country. 
To help confront this challenge, AARP has published guides to voting in this year's primaries and general elections in every state, plus Washington, D.C, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
