    • Karriere

Atti is an oil and mixed media artist and currently lives and works in Annandale VA. She received her B.F.A. Degrees in fine arts from Accademia di Belle Arti University in Rome, Italy, the majority in Design and Painting.

Atti is a creative artist. She works with oil and mixed media materials in a 2-Dimensional format. Oil painting, spray paint, Acrylic and collage are many of the materials and processes employed in her works.

Atti’s newfound love of mixed media stems from her love of texture and her ability to create a movement with fresh materials. While visiting Emerald Island, North Carolina for vacation, Atti developed her new style.

It was a moment of feeling the earth and cold water beneath her feet. She incorporated colorful shells, sand, soil, etc. into her artwork with oil, acrylic, and other media.  Mother Nature becomes her medium, and she transforms these gems into sculptural wall hangings.

Her journey began in Tehran, Iran, where she was born, traveling to Rome, Italy to study at the university and with her travel through European countries. As a student she traveled extensively to Turkey, France, Germany, Italy, constantly delving into art classes, museums, and art galleries that reflected her experience.

They have exhibited her works in Europe and the United States. She received many awards from the Torpedo Factory Art League, Fairfax Art League, Alexandria Art League, and MOCA Gallery Washington DC, and Touchstone gallery.
