The time has come around again for us to take an early look at what this year's Cannes competition might look like. It may not feel quite so early anymore as the trades scramble to catch up with us, but nonetheless Jesse has put together another barely informed set of potential entrants from which her co-hosts will crown an early Palme d'Or favorite. Do we think Terrence Malick will finally release a new film? Do we expect Neon to continue their streak? Will our listeners send us twenty dollars so that Jesse will give Vampire Weekend's 'Father of the Bride' another spin?

Every year, Cannes I Kick It? does a commentary episode, reserved for the winner of our annual and prestigious Palme D'Ollie. This year, we threw out that precedent and decided to do a live commentary investigation into the question "What's Cat Person?"
