Michael Babilon-Teubenbacher has been working in the context of China for 10 years and has vast experience in driving transformation and change as well as developing leaders and organizations in an international context, specifically at the interface between China and Germany. 

Having arrived in China in 2011 for a 3-month consulting project, China has not let go of him. After successfully developing one project into an automotive account, he drove the setup of a local legal entity and finally returned to China as CEO in 2017.
