A FIBA & WNBA Certified Agent, Ceren has deep roots in basketball. Born in Istanbul, Ceren grew up playing for Fenerbahce’s junior and professional teams and as a member of the U18 and U20 Turkish National Team. She went on to play NCAA collegiate basketball at Indiana - Purdue University where she graduated with a BA in Communication Studies.
Professionally, Ceren played for Fenerbahce Sports Club for 12 years. Ceren joined Tagar Sports Management in 2003 and she is now the Vice President of the Company. Ceren is also the Founder and President of Tagar Sports Academy, the first sports academy driven by a professional sports agency in Europe.
For the last 12 years, Ceren has been the exclusive Turkish Representative for Wasserman’s basketball clients. Together Lindsay Kagawa Colas and Ceren have continued to negotiate the top contracts ever done in Turkey and successfully protected their clients’ interests through a range of disputes.
Ceren is fluent in Turkish and English, she is a certified professional life coach and lives in Istanbul, which serves as a hub for her travels as a point person for clients in Europe.
