#115 Falling in love with tarot again

    Hey everyone,

this is a little exploratory solo episode, recorded on a break from watching Love Island, lol. I've been getting back into doing little readings for myself and others and I wanted to share a bit about how being away from instagram has changed things, how I make time for super low energy rituals at the moment and how it helps me tell better stories about what's going on for me. Tarot as casual narrative therapy basically!

Enjoy and as promised find all links here:

#114 Living without social media or a smartphone

    Hey friends,

I've been living without social media and a smartphone for a while now and it's something that does seem to raise questions for people. Recently I dug my old iPhone back out because I wanted to share pictures of my garden and my cast post-surgery and it made me pause to see how it felt and if I had missed it. This episode isn't trying to convince anyone to ditch their phones or apps or whatever it is that makes them happy, especially right now. I just wanted to check in with myself, gather some reflections and then share them with you in case you're looking for that kind of food for thought right now.

    Enjoy!

#113 Navigating the pandemic as a survivor

#113 Navigating the pandemic as a survivor

    Hey beloved listeners,

it is time for one of my slightly rambly solo episodes full of feelings and reflections!

This time I am sharing some thoughts about navigating the pandemic with its touch starvation, loneliness, endless space to think and wild dreams as a survivor. There is nothing particularly graphic in here, fyi. I talk about my experience in hospital, reengaging with the world, what I am wishing for in our future, what beautiful aspects I want to hold on to , accessibility and how I came to a more empowered place of reframing some experiences I've had. Some of this is really positive and hopeful, some of it is challenging, all of it is complex I guess.

    Enjoy!
