    Episode 12 with Ben Byfield

    Episode 12 with Ben Byfield

Be curious. Read widely. Try new things. What people call intelligence just boils down to curiosity - Aaron Swartz

Ben is a movement practitioner, teacher, an extremely curious human and a student of life but he is also a Dad.
In this episode Ben shares profound wisdom and deep insights about growing up, life and fatherhood. From growing up as a single child with parents that provided experiences and opportunities to heading overseas by himself to experience life for himself, to what it means to be a Dad. It's all in this episode.
There are many people who have book smarts but very few people actually practice what they preach and deeply embody who they say they are, Ben is one of these people. The greatest opportunity to truly Walk the Walk came when he became a father. Enjoy this episode with Ben Byfield. Episode Ten with Stephanie Pinto

    Episode Ten with Stephanie Pinto

Stephanie Pinto is an emotional intelligence parent and coach. Stephanie helps stressed out parents manage kids BIG emotions and behaviour to bring calm back into the home. Stephanie is a reformed shouty parent who transformed her own home life and now is on a mission helping other parents by combining Emotional Intelligence knowledge, 12+ years of work in the paediatric field, and new research available on neuroscience of children’s emotion and behaviour.
I have been blessed to have had the opportunity to collaborate with Stephanie by speaking in her massive Facebook group Let's Raise Emotionally Intelligent Kids which boasts 14000 members and have also been fortunate enough to have guest penned a blog for her website.
The greatest transformative change happened when my wife an I undertook Stephanie's 8 week Chaos to Connection EQ course. Personally this was a course that stretched me not only as a parent but personally and has had a massive positive impact on our home life.
Stephanie talks about what emotional intelligence is and how it can be so powerful not just for our kids but for parents. There is so much value here and it's the perfect episode if you are currently dealing with BIG emotions in your house.
Stephanie is an absolute master at what she does and a someone who is truly operating in her gift.
