Bryan shares his unique background and reveals how Kalos has grown over the years into a 270+ person company offering services beyond just HVAC. Bryan also talks about his new book "Unconformed" which aims to provide encouragement around pursuing trades and other hands-on careers, as well as his passion for giving back by creating more training programs and resources in the HVAC field.
