Kat Beck is an Intuitive Healing Guide, Licensed Massage Therapist, + 500-hr Registered Yoga Teacher. Kat has been teaching mindfulness, meditation + yoga in studios, community centers + corporate offices  since 2014. After spending decades disconnected from her body + struggling with perfectionism, she found healing through journaling, dance, yoga, meditation, energy medicine + energy healing. She has since trained in facilitating intuitive energy work, breath-work,  chakra clearings, sound and crystal therapy. The modalities she channels in her healing work changed her life and she is passionate about helping others unplug from the programming that unconsciously runs their life + awakening their intuitive abilities.
