Birthdays and growing older really gets a bad reputation. When we’re kids birthdays are exciting and we take each new age on with pride. That seems to slow down as we get older and we desperately try to hold on to our younger years. In reality, growing older is a huge blessing. Each year is another opportunity to grow and create the life you want. Like the late great Nipsey Hussle said “Every 12 months you live another year you ball”. This episode is a reflection on everything I’ve learned and experienced up until this point, and how it’s shaped the woman I am today.
