On this episode David & Crissy share the story of how Titan Solar Power was born in 2013 out of necessity to solve some major problems in the industry.
David came into this venture with 20+ years of sales experience leading up to him being in an in home solar sales manager, which is where he first was introduced to the solar industry.
Nearly 10 years ago the residential solar industry was very different than it is today. Almost everything was bootstrapped and leaders across the industry were doing their best to figure out how to make things work as seamlessly as possible to provide a great experience for everyone involved in the process, despite that not always being the case.
Just like at the beginnings of any new industry scaling in ways never before seen, volume exposed problems that needed clear and immediate solutions.
It was at this point that Titan was launched and the vision began to came to fruition. As you will hear they learned quite a bit along the way and are still learning and receiving feedback on a daily basis.
When Crissy joined the team she filled a vital role from the very beginning. Crissy handled and scaled process after process learning everything she could about the business to make sure that the internal side could support all of the sales growth that was happening from sales dealers that started to flock in from all over the country.
