We've got DaYe Jeong joining us on this week's episode of What the Zen. DaYe is a Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac) through CTCMA and completed a 5 year Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine program at TCICTCM. Her education background includes Oversea Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) internship focusing on Internal medicine, Pain Management, and Women’s health at Tzu Chi Hospital in Taiwan, plus a Holistic Nutrition diploma at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Vancouver, BC. We had such an interesting chat about Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), specifically looking at acupuncture - one of the oldest forms of treatment. DaYe spoke to us about the theory behind it and the health benefits involved from this practice based on her own approach includes Acupuncture, Cupping, Point palpation, Electro-Stimulation, and more. We hope you enjoy listening. You can follow DaYe on Instagram @my_tcm_ritual for lots of tips and insights.  If you like the show, please rate and review us, it really does help a lot in terms of the podcast being seen and we really appreciate it.
