Health and feeling unwell is no valid reason to stop being vegan
B12 is in Spinach and protein deficiency doesn't exist? Like really? Please do some research, ladys!
I am sad, really, I do enjoy Hannah McNeely's content on youtube and instagram a lot, but here, on this podcast, there is misinformation and I really do not appreciate this.
As if all the people who do not follow a vegan diet anymore, were just too lazy or not fierce enough. That's just not true. I think you are an extremely passionate soul - until it comes to animals and that is very sad and this had to be sad once.
