The no longer vegan phenomenon ,

Health and feeling unwell is no valid reason to stop being vegan

B12 is in Spinach and protein deficiency doesn't exist? Like really? Please do some research, ladys!
I am sad, really, I do enjoy Hannah McNeely's content on youtube and instagram a lot, but here, on this podcast, there is misinformation and I really do not appreciate this.
As if all the people who do not follow a vegan diet anymore, were just too lazy or not fierce enough. That's just not true. Know that there are in fact many people who have tried anything and still do not thrive on a vegan diet and that is not an excuse, it's a fact and it makes me very sad that you
It's awesome that you both thrive on a vegan diet but it's not by order that you will decide that it is the appropriate diet/lifestyle for anyone.
Dear Hannah, how many years would you have tried to be vegan while eating more, incorporating more leafy greens, tempeh, more kimchi, more of this and that, cutting on coffee, supplementing iron until you're feeling sick?
I think you are an extremely passionate soul - until it comes to animals and that is very sad and this had to be sad once.
