Julius Mundt is an ultramarathon runner, two-time Ironman finisher, and master’s student in Management at Frankfurt School. Through endurance events, he has raised several thousand euros for charity while pushing the limits of both body and mind.
In our conversation, we explore what it takes to balance sport with academics, how to handle setbacks without losing focus, and why discipline often matters more than motivation.
